Dawn May

Dawn May is an independent consultant who provides educational and technical services for IBM i clients around the world.

Dawn worked for IBM at Rochester, MN for many years. Her most recent job responsibility with IBM was the liaison to various IBM i advisory councils, including the Large User Group (LUG), COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) and the COMMON Europe Advisory Council(CEAC). Dawn worked with these groups to organize and lead meetings and managed the requirements process.

Prior job responsibilities include many years on the IBM i operating system development team with a wide range of experience, including performance tools, work management, serviceability, communications, and testing.

She is a frequent speaker and is also the author of the "i Can" blog, which you can find at http://ibmsystemsmag.com/blogs/i-can/.
